    Great color and clarity.

Great projector. From my observations, color, resolution, and longevity are its strong areas. Contrast is o.k; this projector would better serve in dedicated home theater room with treated walls and ceilings (i.e. dark painted walls to help prevent light from being reflected back at the screen) to help with contrast. The Dynamic black setting two and three are too aggressive for most viewing conditions, but level one is capable of improving black levels in most cases. 4K HDR Blu-rays such as the Revenant, Unforgiven, and Aquaman really show off what this projector is capable of.

    Unbelievable Picture!

We?ve had this projector for almost a year and the picture is still jaw-dropping gorgeous! Using an Xbox One X for all UHD 4K playback on just a plain wall is saying a lot about this projector! And with 20,000 hours of laser light source, we?re looking at around 8 yrs before we?ll need to replace it! Oh, and the picture will not degrade over that time! Go out and get this PJ its worth every penny!

    Shocking great image

The UHZ65 is a recent addition to our home. the install is currently incomplete and we are viewing it using factory settings, on a budget imported screen. at this point my assessment is: (at this point interject your own statement describing something superlative great). My statement is unbelievable, jawdropping,... I said interject your own statement because that might enable you to understand better hat I'm trying to wright or get what I am saying, get it!!!! My advice is, go and get it. You won't regret it. Oh one more point, I waited ten years before selecting a projector because I was convinced what ever I selected would be obsoleted and replaced with something twice as good at half the price with in year. The UHZ65 alleviated that i am now convinced that his is the point of diminishing returns.

    Very Good Picture Quality!

I got this projector without seeing it, I got it based on specification and the fact that it uses laser for light source, I wanted a change from my SIM2 lamp based projector, the picture is a lot better than I expected, with minor adjustments the picture gets even better. I am projecting on a 133inch Stewart Filmscreen Studio Tek 100. It will be hard to find a projector with this quality of picture without paying at least twice the price.

? Yes, I recommend this product.

Jus installed today and we couldn?t leave the room. We have a big screen 250? diagonal and this projector had no problem filling it up with popping color and enough contrast and brightness. It is a dark room with little ambient light, just LED at floor level for finding your step. Very happy so far,

    No 3D Blu Ray support

Given DLP projectors totally ace 3D projection it is totally bizarre Optama has chosen not to support 3D Blu Ray.

    Exceptional picture

It provides a better picture than any theater you???ll go to. It has exceptional contrast, colors and brightness that rivals most high-end TVs, even on a 133" screen at 80% brightness. I also have the Sony X900F with the X1 Extreme processor, so I know what a good picture looks like. I???m very impressed!

    The Best I've Ever Seen!

The picture is every bit as good as those $5,000 OLED TV's I've seen demoed at the store! I absolutely love it and consider it money well spent!

The number one 4K projector on the market under $10K

The Optoma UHZ65 eliminated the hassle, grief, cost, and frustration of bulbs while providing one of the best 4K projectors out on the market at a super value for the money. A great tip I found is go to which is the official Optoma UHZ owners thread, page #25 and a great starting point & for many the perfect settings, use "RoNNy379CH's calibration settings. I did this after the first 5 minutes of turning the projector on and the accuracy of the colors just blew me away! The only thing some people say is a flaw is the lack of Bluray/4K 3D playback but other no other projector comes close to the picture quality anywhere near the price point of this projector.
